Gold Star for CaFS on Authonomy

Catch a Falling Star got a gold star on Authonomy today - the second one I've won on the site (the first was for Torbrek...and the Dragon Variation, though admittedly there was much less competition to get to the top of the charts in those days).

This means CaFS will receive a crit from a Harper Collins' editor at the end of April.

  3. One of the neatest things about seeing CaFS make it to the Editor's Desk at Authonomy is that it made it not because Lexi networked it into place but because it is good and other people, people with dreams for their own books, went out of their way to campaign for it. Once readers discovered it almost inevitably they urged others to read it. This is the holy grail for all writers: Word Of Mouth marketing. You can't buy it, you only get it when you have created something that gets people so excited they can't help but want to share. And that is how bestsellers are born.
