Happy Christmas to you too, Lexi! Hope it's a good one.
ReplyDeleteYo, FH! It's been good so far - last Sunday I adopted a very fine Christmas tree a neighbour had finished with, and yesterday the offspring gave me my best present, a solar cell spider which moves about when charged. Someone else cooked the turkey (hurrah!) and we played charades.
ReplyDeleteHappy new year to you, Lexi, and to all of your readers too.
ReplyDeleteA solar spider? I love solar gadgets but few of mine work well. In the summer a friend gave me a solar powered fluttering butterfly which looked good for an hour or two until a bird attacked it.
Now I want a solar butterfly! I think a bird would be intimidated by my solar spider. Especially when he's in the sun and quivering.
ReplyDeleteOh the bird soon knew it had bitten off more than it could chew but it had pulled out the flimsy wiring and it was not quite the same after that despite my best efforts. Magpie, in case you're wondering.
